I have purchased over the prior year both patio furniture and residential from this outstanding firm! The professionalism of the sales force is exemplary. Sadly, Sandy recently retired, but the sales bench remains full of dedicated pros. Moreover, the service support in both delivering and installing furniture items purchased has been beyond outstanding. As an aside, I recently had a matter that required Heidi (owner) to authorize the replacement of a couple of chairs. She graciously sanctioned my swap allowing for tremendous savings. We have been loyal clients of Creative Interiors since 2014, when we first entrusted them with decorating our new 6,500 sq. ft. home in the Pacific Northwest. We were immediately impressed by their ability to seamlessly incorporate cherished family heirlooms into a fresh, cohesive design plan. From custom draperies, furniture, rugs, and lighting to bedding, pillows, accessories—even silk floral arrangements and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree—every detail was thoughtfully curated and impeccably executed. Over the years, as our needs evolved, we returned to Creative Interiors for additional pieces and updates, always confident in the quality and service they consistently delivered. Most recently, we relocated to Florida and built a new coastal home. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to find furnishings locally that matched the level of service and quality we were used to, we once again turned to Creative Interiors. Thanks to modern technology and the incredible talent of designer Mariah Woodbury, we were able to begin furnishing several rooms remotely—without delay. After visiting several furniture stores and leaving uninspired, we stopped by Creative Interiors and Design. As soon as we walked in the front door, we knew we had come to the right place! What a beautiful store with gorgeous, high quality furniture! We were immediately greeted by designer, Mariah’s friendly smiling face. She explained their process of coming to our home and taking measurements and getting a feel for what we were looking for. She was so much fun to work with and helped us design a plan for our great room and dining area that was beyond what we could have imagined. We are so happy with our new furniture and window coverings! On installation day, Mariah even brought in lovely Christmas decor to help us get ready for the holidays and complete the look. Thank you to Mariah, our designer, and to Debra, our window specialist, and to all of the other Creative Interiors staff members and installers who were so friendly and helpful though out the whole process!
