If you are in the market for beautiful home furnishings and decor, you won't want to miss shopping at Creative Interiors. Every time I stop by the store, it seems as if the showroom has gone through a complete transformation. There are so many new things to see at every turn; that I hardly know where to start. In fact, just pulling into the parking lot brings quite a feeling of anticipation and excitement for me! The displays and vignettes are so inviting and lovely, that I always have to walk through the entire store at least twice. I am always warmly greeted by name, by Ryan, Heidi, or a sales associate. This makes me feel like I am not only a valued customer, but a friend as well! I have had a really good experience with every purchase I have made with this store, be it large or small. On one occasion, I fell in love with two hall chests; but I just wasn't quite sure which would look the nicest in my room. You can only imagine how happy I was when a sales associate offered to send both pieces out to my home, where I could immediately see that one was much better than the other. Another day when I walked into the store I was drawn to a very large and exquisite painting hanging above a sofa. The colors, the style....everything about this piece was just perfect for my home. The only thing that worried me was the possibility of the size of the picture overwhelming my space. At Ryan's suggestion, I emailed him a picture of the area in my hallway that I had chosen for this lovely piece of art. Ryan felt that the size of the painting would work well and advised me how to best position it in the space. To say that If am thrilled with this beautiful painting that now hangs in my hallway, doesn't quite do it justice! And the delivery personnel - they are fantastic as well. They did not leave my home until the painting was hanging perfectly in the chosen spot. It is such a joy to work with such truly nice people - from the owners, to the sales staff, to the delivery men...they all go out of their way to make you happy in every way!

After a few years of looking for new furniture from Portland to Seattle, we were fortunate to find Creative Interiors and Design. We made several visits to their spacious, beautiful showroom. We had specific styles and colors we wanted, and they worked hard to help us achieve the look we desired. Both Heidi and Ryan guided us through the selection process of several items with helpful information and patience. They took the time to really understand what we wanted, and then worked with us in making our selections. Creative Interiors want their customers to love their furniture for its design, quality, and value, and we never felt pressured or rushed. It was refreshing to feel that our happiness and satisfaction was their sincere priority, instead of them only being concerned with making a sale. As a customer service and sales professional I am very sensitive when it comes to the quality of service I receive. I appreciate it when sales people have integrity, listen well and are not pushy; and these are the characteristics that really attracted me to the people at Creative Interiors. I went from being a guy who could care less about "decorating" to someone who really appreciates having a look I love in my home. My apartment looks awesome now and I want to have all my friends over just to see it! This store has very good quality furniture as well as quality people working there! A1 Service after the Sale! First, I must commend Creative Interiors & Design for "Service after the Sale", which is so rare these days. I experienced a couple of mishaps with my furniture purchase, (none of which were the fault of the store owners, by the way) After hearing of an issue, they contacted me and went out of their way to make things right. They were there to help with all aspects of my purchase, from measuring my room, preparing a layout, to choosing fabrics and delivery/set up of the entire room! I am thrilled to have had a house visit from Heidi, She brought out accessories and used many items I already owned to finish off the room. She made it look BEAUTIFUL! The showroom is large and beautiful (THE best in Vancouver) with many brands & styles to see. Custom orders, like mine, too. There were no pushy sales people during my visits, just helpful people & personal service. I have several more rooms to furnish and although there are many places I can shop for furniture, I will look here first for great selection and the hard to find fantastic customer service!
I have always had awesome experiences every time I go into their shop. Their show room is amazing, and the customer service is great. I had a consultation and the lady, her name is Heidi, was fantastic. Super helpful and gave us vision and furniture arrangements/ideas/colors etc. for our home. She advised us on all sorts of things from hanging art/clocks etc to paint colors. We are completely satisfied and thrilled with the quality of service we received.
There is no store in the Portland/Vancouver area that comes close to this store in display, selection and service. I am totally impressed with the diversity of styles available and quality for the money. These guys don't just sell you stuff, they help you put it together IN YOUR HOUSE! Their delivery guys are sooo friendly and courteous and deliver and set up everything in the house, even hanging the pictures!! For someone like me who really can't do it herself, this was a godsend. Creative Interiors was our first stop and, being the shoppers that we are, we went all over the Vancouver/Portland metro area comparing furniture, services, and prices. We ended up right back where we started and never looked back. Their designer took our very odd kitchen/family room combination and listened to our needs, then helped us to make it look amazing. The day of the delivery was very exciting. We didn't just have furniture delivered - the whole lower level of our house was completely re-designed. They used a mix of the new and what we already had to pull everything together for a complete look that we love! Our sofa and area rug were on backorder and the day of its delivery was another fun day. Our designer was no longer with Creative Interiors and the owner, Heidi, personally came out to ensure that the sofa & rug were perfectly placed and that we were completely happy with everything that had been done for us. She tweaked some things and we are thrilled with the results. We get rave reviews from everyone that sees our home. The rest of the staff at Creative Interiors is also amazing. Heidi's husband Ryan was extremely patient and kind to us while working on the financial end of the purchase. And the delivery men are truly gentlemen and respectful. Heidi & Ryan work very hard to make sure that you get the experience you dream of and you can tell they really care. Oh - forgot the paint! I love to paint and when the decorator suggested the colors to paint our home she wanted us to buy their paint (Radiant). I was a little skeptical because I love Devine paint, but I bought it anyway. Radiant paint was absolutely wonderful to work with. It went on very easy and had very little smell. I would buy it again in a heartbeat. I won't lie to you and tell you Creative Interiors is low priced. Depending on what you buy, it can be on the higher end. But if you are looking for quality, well-made furniture and personal service, you WILL get your money's worth. Even the decorator pillows on our sofa (not to mention the sofa itself) feel glorious! Make Creative Interiors your first stop and then don't waste your time like we did shopping around before you return. Stay there and let them get the job done right for you!
